Welcome to gellhub. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Accounts & security

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and API keys.
  • Activity performed using your account or API keys is considered authorized by you.

2) Acceptable use

  • Do not use the services for unlawful or harmful activities.
  • Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Do not attempt to bypass limits, abuse the API, or interfere with service availability.

3) Storage, uploads, and access links

  • The platform provides cloud storage through third‑party infrastructure. Internal implementation may change without notice while preserving core functionality.
  • The platform may enforce limits (size, type, rate) based on your package or policies.
  • The platform may generate time‑limited access links for viewing/downloading files.

4) Deletion, recycle bin, and retention

  • Some services include a recycle bin that allows restoration within a limited period.
  • After the retention period or permanent deletion, content may become unrecoverable.
  • Limited backups/logs may remain for security and compliance for a short period and are removed according to policy.

5) Plans & quotas

  • Features and quotas depend on your active package.
  • Exceeding quotas may prevent uploads or restrict functionality until usage is reduced or the package is upgraded.

6) API

  • API access requires sending your API key in the request header.
  • You are responsible for requests made using your API key, including usage and compliance.
  • Excessive requests or abuse may result in rate limiting or suspension to protect the service.

7) Intellectual property

  • You retain ownership of your content. You confirm you have the necessary rights to upload and use it.
  • You grant the platform a limited license to process content solely to provide the service (storage, delivery, display).

8) Suspension & termination

  • Access may be suspended or terminated for violations, security risks, or legal requirements.
  • On termination, access to content may be lost, subject to retention rules above.

9) Disclaimer & limitation of liability

  • The service is provided “as is” without absolute guarantees of uptime or error‑free operation.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect damages or data loss.

10) Changes

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means acceptance of the updated version.
